£24,610 + Bonus

As a Sales Advisor based in Stoke Longton, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Completing various warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, handling deliveries and maintaining high standards of merchandising throughout the branch.

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude. Build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service.

• Serving customers on the sales counter, understanding their needs and offering recommendations for suitable products.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• Excellent communication and confidence to engage with customers.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.

• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively.

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
