Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in Wellingborough (NN8 2AX), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on suitable products.

• Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.

• General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Face to Face experience dealing with customers

• Excellent communication skills and confident when talking to customers

• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively

• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment

This role is Permanent Full Time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime or time back in lieu.
