Sales Advisor

£24,610 + Bonus

As a Sales Advisor based in Shipley, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a positive and proactive mindset, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising within the branch.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• A willingness to learn and work well within a small team.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.

• Experience in sales or customer service, which would be advantageous.

• Merchant experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
