Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in Chippenham, Wiltshire (SN14 6NQ), you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
• Delivery driving.
  
  Merchant experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
• Retail sales, customer service and warehouse experience would be advantageous
• A strong work ethic eager to learn and contribute in a small team environment with the flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.
• Full UK Driving License for adhoc deliveries

  This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00noon.
