As a Sales Advisor based in Stevenage, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Assisting customers on the trade counter

• Merchandising and checking stock

• Carrying out warehouse duties: loading and unloading, picking and packing and heavy lifting

• Responding to customer queries via email and phone

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred but full training is available

• Any product knowledge is an advantage and will be fully utilised but again, full training is provided

• You may have some warehouse experience, including driving a FLT

• A full UK driving licence is preferred to make local deliveries when required

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude together with being motivated to learn

It’s a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am – 12pm (paid as overtime).
