Full Job Description

As a Sales Advisor based in Exeter (EX2 7PJ) , you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing suitable product recommendations.
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties including goods in unpacking and putting away deliveries, picking and packing customer orders, and loading vehicles which can involve some heavy lifting.

    Previous face to face experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and confidence to engage with customers.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • A readiness to learn and develop into the role
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
