Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and converting inquiries into sales. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive and supportive experience both online and in-store.,

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Stay updated on product knowledge to offer the best advice
• Collaborate with team members to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with empathy and efficiency
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including referrals and networking.
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and respond to diverse customer needs
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
• Full driving licence proving your ability to drive within the UK
  
  We are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 plus an OTE of £34,000 and a fixed 40 hour working week across 5 days!
