Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in our Staples Corner (NW2 7LZ) branch you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
  
  Ideally you will have industry experience
• Confidence in building rapport with customers in a sales environment
• Great team player willing to support in all areas of the branch
• Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach
• Capability to deal with lifting heavy items
