Please note this role is required to work a minimum of 8 hours a week throughout the week. Responsibilities

• Providing world-class customer service.
• Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
• Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
• Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
• Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
• Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
• Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience., You will be part of a friendly team in our bustling Regent Street store. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an unmatched customer service experience that encourages repeat visits.   Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions, providing outstanding service and support.
• A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
