As a Sales Advisor based in Scotswood, Newcastle Upon Tyne you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting customers on the trade counter, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Promptly and courteously handling customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive approach.
Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to grow business, engaging new and existing customers
Completing general warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and maintaining high standards for merchandise displays
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday with shifts varying between 7:30am and 5pm.

Industry or merchant experience is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided
Proven experience in sales and customer service
Excellent communication skills with confidence in interacting with customers
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support all areas of branch operations as part of a small team
