Sales Advisor - Brentford - Plumb Centre

 As a Sales Advisor based in Brentford you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers on the trade counter identifying their specific needs and recommending suitable products.

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and courteously, maintaining a proactive approach

• Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. 8am - 5pm, along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8am -12noon paid as overtime.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers

• A proactive, hands-on attitude, showing initiative and a willingness to support all areas of the branch working within a small team

• Sales or customer service experience
