Sales Advisor - Rawdon (LS19 7DT) - Plumb Centre

 As a Sales Advisor based in Rawdon (LS19 7DT) you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Delivering exceptional service at the trade counter by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.

  • Completing general warehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers.

  • Proactively responding to customer queries via phone and email.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:30am and 5pm, you will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid at overtime or time in lieu.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service would be ideal.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.

  • Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.

  • An eagerness to learn and make the most of the training provided.
