Full Job Description
- Ensuring you and others adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the front and back of house is clean and tidy at all times.
- Create a positive working environment for colleagues.
- Create a positive experience for all customers and assist customers efficiently and politely.
- Assisting and managing sales assistants to ensure they are productive in the warehouse whilst maintaining cleanliness.
- Policing visual merchandising and replenishment standards.
- Adhering to loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with all members to the team to ensure the smooth operating of the store.
- Ensure you follow reasonable instructions to meet the needs to the store.
- Take responsibility for given tasks and be pro-active.
