Sales Assistant

Hamleys are seeking for a friendly and approachable team player to join the team in Heathrow Airport. The Hamleys Sales Assistants (or Helpers), are renowned for being helpful and knowledgeable about the products available in store. As part of the team, you will provide the best Hamleys Experience for all guests. As a Hamleys Helper your key responsibilities include:

• Provide award winning customer service
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the Hamleys experience
• Gain product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and sharing this with the team
  
  The ideal candidate for this role will be self-confident with a fun and friendly disposition. It's not essential to have retail experience, but you must demonstrate integrity and the ability to work in a diverse team. Teamwork is extremely important, so all Helpers must have excellent timekeeping and be highly organised.
In addition, you will have the following skills:
• Able to communicate with a range of audiences and understands which communication style is appropriate for the situation
• Energetic, efficient and enthusiastic
