Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Jack & Jones, you will provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining store displays, processing transactions, and keeping the store clean and organized. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets, promote current promotions, and support inventory management. A friendly and approachable attitude, along with strong communication skills, are key to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships. Please note this role requires flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends based on business needs, may include standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.,

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively recommend items and answer customer questions.
