- Customer Engagement: Greet visitors to the pop-up, provide information about travel packages, and assist with inquiries in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Sales: Actively promote and sell the company's tourism products and services, guiding customers through the booking process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings, including destinations, pricing, promotions, and special events.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Pop-Up Operations: Assist with daily operations, including restocking promotional materials, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and supporting management as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximize exposure and revenue opportunities.
Our client, a leading company in the tourism and travel industry, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented sales assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for their pop-up. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, engaging with tourists and locals alike, promoting exclusive travel experiences, and delivering first-class customer service., Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or tourism sales role is preferred. - Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers with confidence and professionalism.
