As a Shop Sales Assistant, you’ll work alongside the shop team and use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment.

Do you have retail or customer service experience and are looking for the next step in your career?, You will have some experience or skill in the following areas but a great attitude and willingness to learn is just as important. Our customers are at the heart of all we do so you’ll want to provide the very best customer service and be a focal point in your local community., To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Ability to communicate well with all customers
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in an efficient manner.
  • Proven organisational and prioritising skills.

Shop hours It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
