Sales Associate - Fine Watches and Jewellery

You'll be responsible for providing world class customer service, and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements. You'll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

With a background in customer service within retail, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We're a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don't under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you'll need:

Previous experience in retail, selling fine watches or jewellery.
A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
A strong ability to work within a team.
Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
