Job Summary: The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. This role involves developing strategies to increase sales, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and tactical skills to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable business expansion., 1. Market Research and Analysis:
+ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet business goals. Create and execute business development plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
+ Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase retention and loyalty. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure new business.
4. Sales Strategies:
+ Create leads and develop new opportunities. Work with the sales team to identify area to develop Contact potential clients, find out their requirements and help direct them to the appropriate products.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
+ Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
6. Networking and Industry Engagement:
+ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company. Develop partnerships and alliances that align with business objectives.

  • Experience (a benefit but not essential): business development, or a related role, preferably in flooring or the building industry.

  • Skills:

  • + Excellent communication skills.
    + Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and or Google drive
