Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling park homes to our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.,

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.


• Provide detailed information about our park homes, including features, pricing, and financing options.


• Conduct tours of our park home estates and facilities nationwide.


• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


• Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote our park homes.
  
  Proven experience in sales, preferably in property / real estate or a related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills.


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


• Valid driving license.


Preferred Experience/skillset:

• Experience in selling park homes, retirement, or similar products.


• Knowledge of the local real estate market.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Salary: £30,000-£32,000 plus Commission scheme, 32 days holiday
