Sales Controller - Nuneaton Ford

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our Ford dealership in Nuneaton, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time, fixed term contract basis for 12 months, with the possibility to become a permanent position for the right candidate, with a basic salary of £30,615 and an OTE of £50,615 reporting to the General Sales Manager., Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
Carrying out part exchange appraisals
Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
A drive to meet and exceed targets
Full UK driving licence
