Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Chiltern to manage the sales progression of the customers plot purchase and related chain from reservation through to exchange of contracts, in line with company policy.

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all plots, including part exchange properties exchange contracts within the allocated timescale. You will receive reservations and progress them to exchange, instructing solicitors to issue contracts, answer enquiries, exchange contracts and issue notices to complete.

You will be required to liaise regularly with solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and other internal and external parties to collate the detailed progress of each case, dealing with all issues promptly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining all information on the salesforce CRM system.

Have an understanding of the legal conveyancing process
- Experience working with a housebuilder or estate agent
- High level of proficiency in various computer packages including Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and data inputting
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Effective at building relationships
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette
- Excellent planning and organisations skills
- Ability to manage a high level of case files and effectively handle difficult situations
- Ideally will have worked in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
