Full Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales division by performing a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Coordinate pricing and ordering processes for customers' specifications on new luxury homes.
  • Communicate pricing details and obtain payments from customers.
  • Prepare and distribute Management Information Reports.
  • Report progress to the Sales Director and participate in weekly meetings.
  • Handle general office duties, including responding to telephone queries.
  • Raise and process orders for the sales department.
  • Manage the Sales Department's corporate presentation, including coordinating stock and ordering uniforms.
  • Liaise with various departments within Elan and with external stakeholders, retained agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate updates to marketing campaigns as directed.
  • Respond to public inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Attend weekly and monthly marketing meetings.
  • Assist with site setup, including ordering show home and marketing suite setups.
  • Provide assistance with colour choices for stock properties.

    We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and growing within our team. While extensive experience is not necessary, you should bring the following, Graduate calibre or previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a supportive team player mentality.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and tenacity.
  • Experience in digital marketing through social media; knowledge of PPC and SEO is desirable.
