Sales Coordinator (Groups)

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator (Groups) to become part of our Team at The Ascott Hospitality UK .,

• Support the Reservations team by responding to all group reservations enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring the clients' requirements are met and expectations managed
• Coordinate requests for proposals and contracts for London properties
• Drive up-selling of rooms, supporting Company's performance
• Compile reports as and when necessary and when requested
• Support the Sales team with Groups enquiries
• Use RMS system to amend, correct and confirm reservations
• Take ownership of all Groups related tasks in the absence of the Groups Executive
• Handle guest complaints with a genuine caring attitude

2 years previous experience in a similar role is desirable; however we are looking for candidates who have the right attitude to learn, good problem solving skills and the ability to apply these to the job role.
