Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to join the Juul business as we embark on the next phase of our UK growth. The Sales & Customer Operations Executive role provides a fantastic foundation for future career development, working collaboratively across our Operations, Finance and Sales teams. As the business continues to scale we anticipate the Sales & Customer Operations Executive will transition into one of these functions permanently. Reporting to our commercial and operations function the Sales & Customer Operations Executive will be pivotal in the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring customer promotions are correctly recorded and forecast, invoices are received and processed in a timely manner, while working closely with our Operations team to ensure exceptional delivery and service to our retail customers. The Sales & Customer Operations Executive will be responsible for reporting and tracking performance versus monthly and annual targets.
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Operations Executive with strong attention to detail who relishes autonomy and problem solving and is excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a fast paced, scale up environment as we seek to convert the worlds 1 billion adult smokers away from combustible cigarettes!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finance & Sales Support

Updating sales performance trackers including but not limited to major UK retail partners, the Vape channel and selected wholesale partners, reporting on trends, performance and promotional effectiveness
Working collaboratively with Sales and Finance to ensure:

All sales promotions are correctly recorded and forecast with the necessary backups to allow Finance to book provisions
Historic provisions are regularly reviewed and removed if no longer required
Raising and managing Purchase Orders

Processing incoming customer promotional claims in a timely manner, collaborating with the Sales team to resolve any disputes and ensuring claims are coded against the correct customer and activity
Reporting revenue performance versus monthly and annual targets

Logistics Support

Order Management (Order-to-cash supporting Accounts Receivable)
Support supply chain relationships with major retail partners
Coordinating with our third-party logistics provider to fulfil orders on time and in full
Support with month end inventory reconciliation process
Ensuring customer records are maintained and up to date
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Within this position the Sales & Customer Operations Executive will gain regular exposure to senior leaders within the business and gain unique exposure to the key operational aspects across multiple functions of an expanding FMCG organisation.

A naturally curious and highly organised self-starter, with a growth mindset. You will relish autonomy and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced scale up environment

Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively both internally and externally across multiple functions
A keen eye for detail, ideally with an analytical background
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Bachelors degree preferred.
