We are searching for an incredible SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to lead our buzzing consumer sales team in ROSS-ON-WYE., This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales and customer services manager to join PGL, taking ownership for the sales and operation of the 2025 holiday season. Leading a busy and friendly team of 5-8 sales and customer service colleagues based at our Alton Court support centre in Ross-on-Wye, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales targets are achieved, customer satisfaction is high, and communication with our on-centre colleagues is timely and efficient. Collaborating closely with our marketing, customer relations and commercial teams, your contribution will be key to creating unforgettable adventures that make a real difference to the lives of young people.
- Experience leading a high performing sales team towards set targets
- Amazing customer service skills, able to listen, understand and effectively provide solutions
- Able to prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working within the travel industry
