We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic New Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving targeted outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads to create valuable sales opportunities. Using a multi-channel approach - phone, email, and social media - you will introduce Personal Group products, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest. Are you highly organised and an excellent communicator? Do you have a proven track record in lead generation?,

  • 2+ years sales experience ideally in a B2B environment & proven success in driving lead generation is essential
  • Demonstrable ability to collect information quickly and effectively in relation to a target Company and navigate to the correct decision maker
  • Able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of B2B solutions and services at a high level
  • The ability to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain points and sales opportunities
  • Experience of analysing information and data, identifying trends and recommending action and solutions.
  • Driven to reach personal and team pipeline generation goals
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com is desirable
  • An intermediate level of experience on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
