Full Job Description

As the Sales and Development Representative for Litmus, you will be responsible for the pursuit of new business opportunities utilizing a Lead Generation Tool to identify potential clients who would benefit from the Litmus product. This involves data entry in Pipe Drive (CRM) to ensuring that information remains accurate and relevant pipelines are updated and recorded. You will monitor the progress of existing clients throughout the pipeline using various metrics to review performance reports. Keeping Pipe Drive activities up to date is crucial, and we also update new clients in our system, allocating potential spend to maximize our outreach and effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Research new business opportunities seeking out relevant contacts and companies who will benefit from Litmus's product
  • Data Entry from lead generation tool (Cognisim)
  • Pipe Drive data entry i.e. Contact info, updating relevant pipelines, call reports
  • Send new business introductions
  • Produce Mind maps on potential and existing clients
  • Monitor progress of existing clients using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Grow existing clients i.e. find new contacts, different sites/markets, send new business introductions
  • Keep up to date with expos and trade shows
  • Monitor Lead Forensics data and update team for follow ups
  • Keep Pipe Drive activities up to date

    Proven experience as Sales Research Dev or similar role preferably within a creative/packaging background
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and sales & marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software Preferably Pipe Drive (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
