Full Job Description
- Lead, train, and expand the Business Development Specialist team and Coach SDRs in sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge
- Conduct regular performance reviews and obtain support from the wider business development department to drive performance
- Liaise the data team with the regional SDR teams, to ensure new prospective contacts are added and existing CRM data is clean
- Implement outreach strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the lead qualification process
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise team workflow and increase effectiveness
- Take responsibility for regularly reporting on team and individual performance against goals and presenting team metrics to the wider business
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of SDRs to maintain a high-performing team
- Work closely with other department managers to enhance overall sales strategy and organisational efficiency
