Full Job Description

As a Sales Director in the QA Mass Markets team, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships.

You will lead a multi-territory and high-performing sales teams, develop and execute overall sales strategies, and contribute to key commercial projects.

This role requires a combination of visionary leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration to inspire the team and deliver measurable results.

You will be a compassionate and dynamic leader dedicated to fostering the growth and development of team members while driving a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Leading a large commercial team (15 HC+) across multiple territories and/or service lines to deliver annual objectives and targets £15m+ for single service lines
Identifying emerging market opportunities, competitive risk and customer strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
Building strong relationships with key clients and/or influencing client terms' learning culture to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity
Leading on key strategic projects that influence the sales approach and outcomes across QA

Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in high-volume customer segments
Experience working in the technology/software industry would be beneficial but not essential.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive value adding propositions
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams
Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software (salesforce)
