Full Job Description

Meta's Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to manage EMEA regional sales enablement activations in support of all SBG EMEA frontline sellers. The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. This is a full-time position based out of either our EMEA HQ in Dublin, or our London office.The successful candidate will have responsibility for key sales delivery functions across all EMEA markets and programs including strategic go-to-market coordination, frontline agent communications, customer perspective and sales innovation. Success in this position requires strong sales skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, 1. Develop consistent strategies and functions essential to successful delivery across SBG's sales programs and regional sales goals
2. Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in-region while partnering with Central teams to incorporate prioritised regional needs and insights
3. Equip Sales teams with knowledge, training and activation resources to enable them to be as effective as possible
4. Coordinate overarching regional strategy for key Sales Enablement functions e.g. Seasonality, Product Activation, Tooling strategy
5. Proactively share innovation and growth opportunities in relation to product, process, sales and efficiency levers

Approx. 6+ years of relevant experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales - ideally in the tech industry
7. Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams
8. Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products
9. Open, collaborative and proven team player, with experience in initiating and driving projects to completion
10. Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
11. Experience dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems
12. Analytical and process management skills, with attention to detail and rigour, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
