Full Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on their specifications and requirements.

    Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quote preparation and data management.

  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards.

  • Review pricing and product information to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Maintain organized records of quotes, customer communications, and pricing data.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the quoting process.


    • The candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic personality.

  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication.

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role


    • The following attributes are preferred but not essential:
  • Knowledge of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is advantageous but not essential.

  • Knowledge of chemistry or geology is not essential but may be an advantage.
