Full Job Description

You will carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and details of events and new enquiries. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our events team., Apart from day to day interaction with clients; the job involves interaction with the operations team, from assisting with accepting deliveries, handling goods, liaising with co-workers to ensure job sheets are prepared and organised for any up and coming events. It is also important to ensure that we have the stock available for any up and coming events.,

  • Purpose of Sales Events Coordinator

    Actively work as part of the Admin, Sale & Events Team to increase and enhance the level of Sales.

    Ensure outstanding customer experience is presented to all customers.

    Proactively up-selling the services by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.

    To operate and maintain the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

    Improve and develop customer success, general operations etc.

    General Daily Tasks
  • Promptly respond to all incoming event enquiries (telephone, email, insta etc). Work with admin team to maximise and convert leads into bookings.

  • Communicate with clients by phone and in writing in respect of arrangements for all functions. Complete customer site visits if required. Manage meetings with potential clients and provide thorough key details.

  • Ensure that every customer is given polite, friendly and personal service, and be able to turn any negative customer experiences into positive ones.

  • Acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs whilst observing the standards and confirm an achievable plan for delivery by liaison with the operations team.

  • To ensure that timely, accurate and compelling proposals / presentations are made to customers.

  • Actively solicit feedback from the Client during and post event, by sending out a Customer Feedback Form to be completed

  • Develop business contracts with new businesses, venues etc

  • Flexible enough to attend site visits


  • We are flexible and are looking for someone to stay with us for the long run. We have the plans to move offices and expand in 2024 so need someone who wants to grow with the company!

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
