Full Job Description

    • What we look for in a Events Co-ordinator:
  • Work alongside Sales and Events Manager

  • Take enquiries: in person, telephone & online

  • Take enquires through the booking process: initial enquiry, information, deposit etc

  • Liaise with existing bookings to ensure everything is agreed for their upcoming events

  • Collate and ensure front of house & kitchen have pre-orders/event run sheets in a timely manner

  • Host - greet and seat bookings

  • General admin tasks
