Sales and Events Executive

What you will do as a Sales & Events Executive

• Manage Event and Group inquiries, including quoting hotel information, rates, and availability, and preparing detailed proposals.
• Conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements.
• Support photoshoots, oversee the overall process with the Marketing Communications Manager, and manage media asset/photo library.
• Assist with the creation of advertising, invitations, and collateral, including liaising with printers, designers, and external agencies.
• Respond to all external customer requests on a timely basis with accurate responses
