What we look for in a Sales & Events Manager:
• Develop and execute a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication via email and phone.
• Maximise pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
• Manage the Collins booking system.
• Oversee and manage all social media platforms to enhance event promotion.
• Collaborate with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery.
• Gain insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
• Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year
