Sales Excellence Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Excellence Lead to join a friendly team working from our Central region and based at our office in Solihull on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role will include;

• Owns and maintains Site Sales Standards and Toolkit documentation and materials (in central library) for use in regions


• Develops training plan and co-ordinates training delivery to an agreed plan (within Chief Sales & Marketing Director's strategy), recording attendance and gathering feedback for improvement. Training includes face-to-face, bite sized video, e-learning, 'cheat sheets', delivered by Sales Excellence Lead, internal SME coaches (from regions) or external providers


• Creates content for training courses, leveraging Standards and Toolkit materials as well as sales and negotiation best practice


• Delivers training courses across regions


• Builds relationship with regional sales to source SME input and gather feedback on current Standard and Toolkit use and training, sharing good practice across regions and sites


• Undertakes site compliance assessments, providing practical actions to regions and gathering feedback


• Provides compliance reporting to Chief Sales & Marketing Director with standards and toolkits and training attendance, making recommendations to address issues and maximise opportunities identified


• Develops and manages sign-off of Standards and Toolkit updates ensuring documentation is updated, published and regions understand the implications of updates


• Provides administrative assistance to Group Sales & Marketing Director given accountabilities for delivery of Sales Strategy, Customer Journey Experience and Sales Training Strategy
