John Roe Group Ltd are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their team based in Hull at our prestigious Lexus dealership.

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated person with great people skills looking for that next stage of your career in sales? Then we'd love to hear from you!

Your role is to help find our Customers their ideal vehicle, deliver a smooth, professional customer journey and provide them with all the opportunities that they require, whilst supporting our Dealer Process. You will be part of a team of like-minded people, and form part of an operating Sales Team.

This role will suit someone who has previously worked within a sales and customer focused role. You will be a confident, dynamic people person with the ability to establish and build rapport and ability to maximise opportunities by understanding customer needs.

This is a selling environment and can be fast paced and at times challenging however with full training and support of the team given the role offers high levels of remuneration and satisfaction.

42.5 hours per week across 5.5 days to be worked during our opening hours Monday - Sunday (weekends are on an alternate rota basis)

Key Responsibilities

· Being part of the customer journey from Sale to Delivery

· Maximising all Customer and Business-related opportunities through various channels

· Adhering to the Company's FCA and Data protection obligations

· Work as part of a team to ensure Centre Standards are maintained
