Full Job Description
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identifying potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Qualifying leads to determine their suitability as potential clients.
- Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers within companies.
- Understanding the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
- Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements where appropriate.
- Closing sales
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Update existing clients on the latest products we have for sale
Sales Expertise (preferred) - Communication skills
- Negotiation skills (preferred)
- Customer focused and able to build relationships
- Analytical thinking
- Adaptable
- Tech Savvy / Interested in mobile phones
- Resilient and persistent
- Able to take instructions
- Confident but not arrogant.
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or a related field is often preferred. Familiarity with the industry or product category being sold is beneficial.
