Full Job Description

Do you have an insatiable curiosity, an empathetic nature, and a genuine passion for growing with, and supporting others?, Social: You will assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and attend trade shows and presentations to promote the group portfolio. Communication: An important part of our sales teams is communication. Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships. Promotion: Actively and dynamically promote Wilde Aparthotels through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.

  • Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day property management systems (e.g. Opera/Ideas/SiteMinder/Salesforce - training will be provided!).
  • Providing timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports.
  • Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.

    Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role within luxury or lifestyle hospitality (or real estate/ leisure) - this is essential!
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace, kindness and efficacy
  • Experience with high-profile or VIP clients is preferred
  • Tenaciously proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Strong relationship management experience
  • Insights into guest and local market dynamics/trends
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Experience driving sales activity to generate new business and grow existing business
  • Experience managing corporate Business Travel, Group and extended stay segments
  • Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Local market and GDS knowledge is preferred
