Full Job Description
- To sell prestige vehicles and products in line with all aspects of dealership trading policies and regulations;
- Conduct appointments with customers;
- Responding to all inbound enquiries (email, telephone, walk-ins);
- Guide, inform, and educate all customers through our wide variety of stock and product options;
- To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis (csi);
- Deliver out vehicle demonstrations and drives;
- To maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different cars, their features and characteristics such as specification engine size, mileage, fuel usability and colours;
- Negotiate and conclude the sale, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation;
- Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation right up to and including the delivery.
We are looking for driven, well organised prestige Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our growing business. If you have a passion for cars and would love to have access to prestige brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Rolls Royce and Tesla then this is the role for you!, - Must be aged over 23 due to insurance regulations;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership;
- Good knowledge of financing would be advantageous;
- A current and valid UK driver's licence;
- A minimum of one year's sales experience., sales: 2 years (required)

Hours: Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, with one day off during the week. Saturday 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 9am-5pm £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary (DOE) + OTE uncapped Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay Schedule:
