Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies. Main responsibilities
- Liaise effectively with all sales support services such as research, production, creativity and charting
- Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies, segments, and Retail, Logistics, or CPG Industries
- Possesses impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills; strong customer service skills
- Provides assisted sales support to stores at peak sales dates and times, which are generally on weekends and some evenings
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing sales results for all product lines as planned
- Sell advertising to local agencies and direct clients
- Target accounts for the strategic development of new business
- Ensure compliance with sales agreements, policies, and parameters established by management
- Target the agency accounts for the strategic development of new business
Must be able to speak Chinese - Mandarin - Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead people and optimize leasing opportunities
- Skills - negotiation, influencing, initiative, assertive presence, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work across multiple projects
- Need to have a proven track record for achieving sales results.
- Proven ability to manage sales admins
- Experience in the food sector, preferably Oriental or ethnic.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs for product categories.
- Ability to suggest promotions to increase sales.
- Results-oriented and strong commitment to meeting targets Education/qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, and supply chain.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- English Fluent
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Accommodate a flexible work schedule and travel when needed.
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
