Now, Let's Get Down to Business Reporting to the Head of Grocery Sales you will be responsible for pro-actively supporting the administration of Sales Team in North West Europe. While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too. Here's what you'll get up to:

  • Support the Bulldog Business Account Manager's in their promotional administration to settle the customer accounts
  • Matching invoices to the accrual
  • Checking the invoices are correct
  • Flagging any issues to the account managers
  • Keeping EPOS trackers up to date
  • Raising PO's.
  • Owning the planning, delivery and post evaluation of promotions
  • Supporting the demand planning process

    Ideally you will have Sales Support / Administration experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company.
  • In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a Sales Admin or administration role preferable or graduate in first role.
  • Sound numerical and analytical know how
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
  • Data analysis experience
