Ashley Kate Finance are working in partnership with an organisation that makes a difference with Carbon Emissions based in Ashby who are looking for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to start ASAP., Due to a recent promotion within this department, our client has a need for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to work alongside and report into the Senior Sales Ledger Manager. The role is initially until the end of the year; however, the opportunity could also lead into a permanent position.,

  • Invoicing and credit checks
  • Client query resolution and account reconciliations
  • Debt chasing and payment allocations
  • Raising and posting all Sales Ledger entries
  • Staying updated with the latest skills and developments
  • Championing our mission towards a net zero world
  • Contributing to continuous collaboration and innovation
  • Supporting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Adhering to company policies and acting as a role model

    AAT level 2 or higher - Desirable but NOT essential
