Sales Ledger Manager

BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A SELF-MOTIVATED, ORGANISED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN THEIR TEAM AS A SALES LEDGER MANAGER.

The role of Sales Ledger Manager is essential to the functioning of our homes and business. Managing funding and payments can impact the care we provide, so it is important its in the right hands!, As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders., o Managing and raising invoices and maintaining service users records
o Administering and collection of due/overdue accounts receivable
o Forming a principal role within the department for reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts
o A front-runner in allocating and reconciling service users personal allowance accounts
o Other duties requested by the company from time to time

The successful candidate will be initiative-taking with a can-do attitude, possessing strong organisational skills, and a professional approach with a prominent level of discretion., o Previous sales ledger experience is essential, ideally within a senior role
o Experience if sage 50 accounts
o Intermediate understanding of Microsoft excel
o Competent to deal with an elevated level of complex debt issues and prioritise accordingly
o Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o History of positive prioritisation and the ability to juggle a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
