- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for accommodations, event bookings, dining, and other revenue streams
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key partners
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs
