Full Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you'll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. You'll be negotiating contracts and closing agreements, and delivering excellence to all of our customers and clients as part of a vibrant team. To help you and your team succeed, you will complete and execute the sales plan, ensuring it is in line with the strategy and the hotel business needs., If you're our idealSales Manager, you will:

  • Be yourself!
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
  • Support the conversion of key businesses such as Groups and M&E enquiries
  • Manage a portfolio of not only local accounts but national ones too - we want to be the go-to brand in the market!
  • Conduct market research campaigns - we're always on the lookout for opportunities
  • Use appropriate business tools and CRM system to better forecast annual budgets and track key account metrics
  • Have previous hotel Sales experience and a genuine passion for the Hospitality industry
