Full Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director - the main purpose of the role is to develop business development focused on increased sales opportunities for the company and to forge strong relationships with clients.,

  • Hitting daily targets and KPI's
  • Growing relationships by speaking to new and existing customers
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Winning and developing new business from existing accounts
  • Promote company products and services addressing or prediction of customers objectives
  • Quotations to clients
  • Competitor analysis
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing clients

    I would be keen to receive your application if you are a sales professional who holds the following experience and skills;
  • Previous experience in a business development or a senior sales role
  • Have knowledge of industry and contacts within the hospitality, retail and shop fit out, shopfittings or retail display industry
  • Holds excellent relationship and communication skills at all levels
  • Proven history of winning sales with a hunger to win and earn
  • Experience of driving growth in sales
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Hold a valid driving license and able to visit client sites

    The role is Days - 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • The company are based in Redditch so are easily commutable from Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Droitwich, Dudley, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Stratford upon Avon, Studley, Henley in Arden. Salary 35,000 to 45,000 per annum plus commission at 4% structure - Business travel and expenses covered in excess of salary The work environment is a very friendly, supportive and pleasant one - benefits - pension, competitive holidays, company social events, bonus and free on site parking
