Sales Manager

As an EMG Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of all sales enquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure our customers receive the best in care and service and that the team successfully achieves targets month on month. You will also work alongside the management team to oversee the daily activities within our sales team. EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

• A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.
• Good business and commercial understanding.
• A positive and forward thinking work ethic.
• The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives., Retail sales: 3 years (required)
• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Management: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Driving Licence (required)
