Full Job Description

  • As a Sales Manager, your primary role will be to generate new business and manage these accounts within your territory. You will report to the Head of Sales UK and collaborate with our National Wholesale Manager to expand our business through our wholesale network.

  • Your responsibilities will not only include generating new business but also maintaining existing accounts, a balance of hunting and farming.

  • Weekly, you will be expected to create high-quality plans to generate optimal leads, aligning with company expectations and KPIs. This role requires diligent maintenance of our CRM system and data.

  • Your success will be driven by your ability to rationalize and maximize investments at outlets. You will be tasked with understanding each outlet's needs, recommending the best route to market, and executing this strategy by choosing the most suitable RTM partner.

  • In collaboration with our marketing, logistics, and finance teams, you will contribute to achieving the best results. Effective and thorough communication of all activities and deliverables to the Head of On Trade is essential.

As Sales Manager East you will operate in the UK On Trade team generating new business relationships and high-quality distribution points for our specialist, super-premium, award-winning Dutch and Belgian craft and pilsner brands, in both draught and packaged formats.   • You excel at developing effective and strong relationships from scratch. You manage your own agenda, work according to a plan, and deliver high-quality communication of activities. Above all, you are a good listener.

  • You are interested in discovering and meeting customer needs, translating those into business opportunities, and achieving business targets. You understand financial metrics and are results-oriented.

  • You are self-starting, can deal with disappointments, show stamina, learn, and strive to improve every day.

  • You have the desire to win as part of a team, with common goals. You bring around 5 years of experience in FMCG On Trade sales, with experience in the drinks industry being an advantage.
